Insurance Information

North Woodward Rehabilitation Services employs a very knowledgeable billing staff.  We make every attempt to maximize your insurance benefits.  Physical therapy is a covered benefit under most insurance plans.  Benefits, deductibles, co-insurance, and co-payments vary greatly from plan to plan and will be discussed on an individual basis.  We encourage patients to contact their insurance carriers personally to confirm their benefit information.  Among other carriers, North Woodward Rehabilitation Services participates with Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Aetna, and Cofinity.  We are also able to set up a private pay option.

At the time of your first appointment, you must bring all applicable insurance cards, forms, and claim numbers (for auto and workmen’s comp) necessary for insurance billing.  North Woodward Rehabilitation Services will verify your insurance benefits with the appropriate carrier.  Benefit information will be provided to you at the time of your first appointment.  Please be aware, verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment.  You are responsible for payment of services rendered to you regardless of coverage status.  Any change in insurance coverage, employer, or home address must be reported to the office staff.  Routine questions about costs or payment plans can be directed to our billing staff.
